GENERAL CONFORMITY DECLARATION OF PACKAGING ITEMS
Plastiape declares that all the items are manufactured in compliance
with the Ministerial Ordnance of March 21st 1973 and following
modifications, regarding the hygienic regulations on packaging,
containers used for food substances or personal hygiene products.
Plastiape also declares that the presence of heavy metals does
not exceed the percentages admitted by the relevant legislation.
We also wish to point out that the suitability of our products
does not relieve the Customer of the obligation of carrying
out release tests on the finished product in relation to the
conditions of use.
The items are produced following Good Manufacturing Practices
Standards.
RECYCLING AND STORAGE TIME
DECLARATION
Recycling properties
Plastiape declares that the raw materials, the additives and
the colorants used are non-toxic and for their nature compliant
with Directive 90/128/EC of February 1990 “Plastic Materials
in contact with food” and Directive 94/62/EC on packaging
and packaging waste and can therefore be recycled.
Storage time
Plastiape declares that all the packaging items, produced in
thermo-plastic and non-degradable material, if:
- kept in an integral packaging,
- kept in an adequate environment which complies with the following
specifications:
• temperature : + 36°C/-20°C
• relative humidity: 70%
• natural light: indirect
• artificial light: Lux 300
cannot be affected in any way by deterioration for a period
of five years. |
