 Founded
in 1970, Plastiape almost immediately stood out as one of the best
packaging manufacturers for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry
and, starting from the beginning of the 80's, also for medical devices.
The history of the company is marked by a constant growth in terms
of turnover, technological content of the products and as regards
their presence on international markets.
The new office building (sq. m. 2,800) and Factory
A (17,400 sq. m.) were built between 1990 and 1991 and became fully
operative in 1992. The Plastiape Quality Policy, right from the
beginning awarded by the appreciation of the most demanding and
sophisticated clientele, is formally acknowledged in 1998 thanks
to the ISO 9001 and the ISO UN CEI EN 46001 certifications.
Factory B was built in 1998 over an area of 2,000
sq. m. where all the phases of the productive process are carried
out in classified environments (class 100,000 and class 10,000).
Thanks to the corporate tradition of Plastiape based on constant
growth and improvement, in the year 2001 Factory C was added to
the establishment (4,000 sq. m.).
Today Plastiape is a very sound company with 200
employees and a turnover of over 23.000.000 Euro and more than 50%
of the turnover comes from export towards the most demanding and
competitive markets. The wide range of products and services offered
and the high level of differentiation per industrial sector, along
with the determination of specific specialization areas, are the
foundations for a further growth and the basis for the new challenges
Plastiape feels ready to accept. |
